2012 An idea germinates, sharing my journey by writing a book. To share my personal and professional experience, without giving advice, but just by transmitting and verbalising my experience. The life of a man, a father, a karateka, a manager and a passionate person. The decision to write will come 7 years after.

2019 The writing in French begins one morning before daybreak.

2020 The text is translated into English, for the men and women I have met over the years, can read it all around the world.

This book is about the strong bonds of human relationships in the world of work. 
It is about energy and what a smile can achieve. 
It is about the emotional blow received by a bereaved father associated with child loss.
It is about determination gained through the practice of martial arts. 
It is about the richness of experience endowed by an international career. 
It is about the life of a man who talks of his emotions in a heartfelt manner and straightforwardly.   

2021 The famous London design studio - North - provides a space for the reader through the design of the pages and sentences. Graphic choices are made. The content takes shape.

April 2022 The printing company Ateliers-A in Paris, a member of the Grands Ateliers de France, produces and magnifies the book through careful and precise printing and binding. The 100% recycled paper, manufactured in Bavaria by Gmund, brings a tactile sensation through its touch, texture and colour. The book becomes an object.

May 2022 The Sud Radio station invites me on its show "C'est Excellent". The producer welcomes creators who have taken the wonderful risk of excellence.

September 2022 Attack the Attack receives the 2nd prize of La Nuit du Livre in the general literature category. This prize rewards the content and shape of the book.

September 2023 Awarded by GRAND PRIX STRATÉGIES du DESIGN in Paris.

Today, 2000+ readers, of all generations, from different cultures, from different countries. The book is read in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, India, Bangladesh, Russia, Latvia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Algeria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Romania, Slovakia, Greece, England, Scotland, Sweden, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand and France.
